Why hasn’t my package shipped yet?

Our standard processing time for orders is 1 to 2 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on location.

How do I get same-day shipping?

Same-day delivery options will be made accessible to clients during the checkout screen or you contact us. Cut off time for same-day delivery is 11:30 am. If you place your order after this time, your package will be delivered the next day.

What do I do if there is a shipping problem?

Does my package require a signature?

Parcels require a signature upon delivery on clients specification only. If no one is home to receive the parcel, a notice will be left that indicates the location of your local Post depot or left in your mail box on your request.
Packages shipped Direct with our same-day/next-day courier service do not require signature on delivery.

Where does Mjbuds420 ship to?

According to ACMPR regulations, we are able to ship to your primary residence, or a mailing address associated with that address (such as a P.O. box). Mjbuds420 ships World-wide using FEDEX AND DHL DISCREET SERVICES. If you wish to ship to a P.O. box, you must select Post as your shipping option.

If you reside in USA or UK, you are qualify for our same-day delivery through West Direct. This option will appear while you’re filling out the shipping checkout menu.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Packages shipped with West Direct will arrive either the same or the next; a confirmation of shipment will be sent to you.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders over 10 grams. Orders 5g or less will have a shipping charge dependent on your shipping provider and location.
